Our Principles
The Anglophone Rights Association of New Brunswick Inc. (ARANB) is a registered, non-profit incorporated organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the rights of Anglophones in New Brunswick, while respecting the rights of others.
The ARA was founded on the following principles:
- We advocate for a fair application of bilingualism. An application that ensures a place for Anglophones in the job market, civil service and federal institutions in proportion to our percentage of the province’s general population.
- We demand a fair proportional share of government services as well as cultural and linguistic funding.
- We demand that the Anglophone Rights Association be consulted on all issues affecting the English speaking community.
